Melt-in-your-mouth Macaroons slow baked at a low temperature. Made from organic coconut oil, sulphite-free unsweetened coconut, ground almonds, raw honey and the finest quality salt!

We do NOT use the following:

Ingredients: shredded coconut* (unsweetened and no sulphites added), almonds, coconut oil*, honey, vanilla extract*, French grey salt or Himalayan pink salt.

For the chocolate flavour, we use Camino Cocoa powder.
Camino is not only organic but also Fair Trade and owned by a Canadian workers co-op. Chocolate is grown in Peru and harvested by small scale family farmers.
Shelf life: since these are very high in coconut oil with a low water content, they will keep fresh for several weeks at room temperature. Suggested to store in freezer for storing longer than 2 - 3 weeks.
